Tech For Fashion is a proof-of-work challenge platform that connects talent — including students, graduates, and emerging professionals — with fashion, luxury, and retail brands through structured fashion-tech challenges.

By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for any challenge.

Challenges are open to any talent who registers on the platform. There is no participation fee.

Registering for a challenge does not guarantee selection, employment, or any prize. Any reward, opportunity, or recognition is limited to what is explicitly stated in the individual challenge brief.

Each registrant may submit one entry per challenge. All submissions must represent your own original work.

Tech For Fashion reserves the right to feature submissions — including the creator's name — in platform communications, social media, press coverage, and marketing materials.

Submissions containing plagiarised content, undisclosed AI generation, offensive material, or content that infringes third-party rights may be disqualified at our discretion.

You retain full ownership of the work you submit to any challenge. Participating does not transfer copyright to Tech For Fashion.

By submitting your work, you grant Tech For Fashion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote your submission on the platform and in related marketing and communications. Your name will be credited wherever your work is featured.

All other content on this site — including branding, editorial copy, challenge briefs, and platform architecture — is owned by or licensed to Tech For Fashion and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific outcome from your participation in a challenge.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech For Fashion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of opportunity or reputation — arising from your use of the platform or participation in any challenge.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements, or business operations.

Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
