Your Mission
A premium fashion brand that operates across ecommerce and physical stores. The brand produces seasonal collections and has accumulated years of sales history, CRM data, and digital behavior data — but these sources sit in silos, making it impossible to forecast demand accurately or make confident buying decisions.
The challenge
The brand struggles to produce exactly what customers want. Some products sell out too quickly, leaving revenue on the table. Others remain unsold and end up discounted, eroding margins and brand value. The root cause: historical sales, ecommerce behavior, CRM segments, store feedback, social media signals, trend reports, and product attributes are not connected. The planning and buying teams rely on intuition, spreadsheets, and gut feel rather than data-driven forecasting.
